Homecoming: Bonfire

Two weeks ago on Friday 13, a very special Brunswick event occurred. This event has been going on for many years and I hope it will continue. It is known as The Bonfire. Every year, former and current Brunswick students, siblings, and many more people gather to watch the “upper schoolers” throw multiple dummies into a huge pit of fire! Most of you reading this probably know what Cosby Field is. It is the main football/lacrosse/soccer field at Brunswick. It takes place on the far side of the football field, farthest away from the Brunswick Lower School. The Bonfire is to celebrate the greatness of Brunswick and to bring everyone together. This is a great Brunswick tradition and I hope that this great event goes on for as long as possible.
